Miley Cyrus took everyone by storm when she released the controversial music video "Wrecking Ball" off her 2013 album Bangerz

In an interview with NME, Miley admits that the chart-topping hit doesn't reflect who she is right now. "I think people look at things that they’ve done and there is this sense of shame, or ‘I wish I wouldn’t have done that’ – not because I’m naked, by the way; it’s because I feel like I’m in a deeper songwriting place…"

"Lyrically I’m less impressed with that song for me right now. I feel like it doesn’t reflect who I am now, but that’s fine because it’s not supposed to… I’m sure I’ll say the same thing about this record at some point," the "Younger Now" singer added.

As much as we love all the feels "Wrecking Ball" gave us, we prefer seeing Miley inspired and very much in love! But Smilers will always support you no matter what!
