Cara Delevingne is a girl on a mission! The model-actress is currently in Uganda to meet some of the refugees who fled South Sudan as part of the United Nations' Girl Up campaign to empower adolescent girls around the world.

Cara has been sharing her realizations from the mission trip on her social media account, saying that this is "the most incredible experience of my life." A Girl Up champion since October 2016, she spent time listening to some of the women's stories and playing with the children.

She was amazed by the children in a primary school in the Bidibidi refugee settlement who did a special performance!

Based on the numbers of Girl Up, over 450,000 Sudan refugees have relocated to Uganda since July. The campaign aims to empower young girls and help them pursue education by raising awareness and funds.

What can you say about Cara's advocacy? Tell us in the comments!
