QUEST Undergoes Serious Body Transformation
Quest has undergone some serious body transformation and he's feeling better than ever!
Patience and consistency are essential for growth. Running has taught me so much more than expected. Running made me realize that my greatest adversary is my old self. That most of my life barriers are caused by my limited mindset and bad choices. And most important of all... You have to break to break through. Keep falling forward, grow along the way.
The "Walang Hanggan" hitmaker has become somewhat of a fitness junkie and he's been documenting his "treacherous" yet "satisfying" journey on social media. According to Quest, he's already lost 50lbs in 5 months through workout and discipline.
Preparation is the key and Persistence is the vehicle that will lead you to success. Motivation is optional. This whole journey has been 100% treacherous and 100% satisfying. No shortcuts, no compromise. Just go through it all (struggle, pain, and suffering). I dont want to put before photos anymore because I'm sure you guys have had enough of that. So lets move forward. I mean I would like to keep moving forward away from that. Haha. I've been compiling all my workout routines and I am excited to share them to you. Gonna invite some of you to join me in my workouts as well. This new season will be fun and full of energy. I already lost 50lbs in 5 months. Now I have new goals - reach 10 to 12 percent body fat, Look lean and strong while finishing an ultramarathon, Go back to training MMA, and maybe... TRYathlon.
