Cornerstone Entertainment's newly launched musical variety show ARTIST LAB aims to provide a platform for fresh and aspiring talents in the local industry. And first up is classical music enthusiast Nina Campos who joined us for a MYXclusive interview alongside Kyle Echarri and Zephanie.

Aside from being an Artist Lab scholar, Nina has previously been recognized as the Best New Female Artist during the 2019 Aliw Awards. She has also performed on stage with international musical theater actress Rachelle Ann Go on the latter's homecoming concert last February.

But as Kyle pointed out during the interview, not many teenagers are into Broadway or classical music so it's their goal to promote the genre and in doing so, "maybe some kids our age are gonna start appreciating Broadway more."

Nina, for her part, wants to rectify that by releasing original songs and compositions that have a "classical flair" which hopefully young people can enjoy. See her give viewers a snippet of an unreleased track in our MYXclusive interview below:

ARTIST LAB airs Wednesdays 8PM at Cornerstone Entertainment FB Page. Each episode wraps up with artists surprising fans with their own version of songs based on the night’s theme.
