BLACKPINK Announces Release Date For First Full-Length Album

At long last! BLACKPINK has unveiled the first teaser poster to their highly anticipated debut album. The photo—which was shared on the Korean girl group's social media accounts—features a pink crown and the record's release date.

The ladies' first full-length project is currently dubbed as "THE ALBUM" and is due out October 2nd. It will include the record-breaking hit "How You Like That" as well as an upcoming collaboration with a yet-to-be-announced artist.

This year also saw the arrival of BLACKPINK's high profile collaboration with pop diva Lady Gaga on "Sour Candy" off the latter's new body of work Chromatica.
