34 of OPM's finest musicians are joining forces for a protest video featuring The Jerks' 1997 anti-fascist rock anthem "Rage".

The collab project will see Raymund Marasigan, Buddy Zabala, Cookie Chua and Pochoy Labog among others as they perform a reimagined version of the OPM rock classic. The Jerks members Chickoy Pura, Benjie Santos and Paolo Manuel are also involved in the project.

"Ito ang panahon ng pagkakaisa. Tayo ay haharap sa pinakamatinding hamon na susukat sa ating panindigan at katatagan," Chickoy said.

Originally intended to coincide with #SONA2020, the all-star collab project's release has been rescheduled to August 9. "Rage PH" aims to protest the anti-terror law, ABS-CBN franchise denial, and "a host of other threats to freedom of expression" taking place amid the COVID-19 pandemic.
