A 'Tetris' Film Is In The Works Starring TARON EGERTON
The iconic '80s video game we all grew up with is getting its own film titled Tetris!
Kingsman and Rocketman actor Taron Egerton is set to lead the project as video game designer Henk Rogers. The film reportedly focuses on legal conflicts over ownership of the Tetris game during the height of the Cold War. The project will be directed by Jon S. Baird of Filth fame.
The hit tile-matching video game was created by Russian software engineer Alexey Pajitnov in 1984. Following its success, it would later spawn several iterations from different gaming companies throughout the years.
