So, if you feel like you’re getting overwhelmed with your emotions or you’re getting pushed to the edge, you should consult with a specialist ASAP. Worry not, because several organizations are ready to help you for free.
Here are some of them:
1. National Center for Mental Health
This NCMH Crisis Hotline is a 24/7 mental health crisis phone services for mental health. If you can’t leave the house but you feel like you're in need of a mental health crisis intervention and counselling services, then you can dial their number.
2. Hopeline PH
Hopeline is a suicide prevention and crisis support helpline. Remember that there will always be those who are willing to listen, support, and take care of you whenever you’re at a brink of harming yourself. You can contact them anytime.
3. In Touch: Crisis Line
Crisis Line is a free telephone counselling service offered by In Touch Community Services. They are a non-profit organization that aims to help us in achieving our overall well-being. You can reach out to them about anything that bothers you.

The UP Diliman Psychosocial Services was established in order to develop programs and services that address urgent mental health needs. All you need is to sign up, and they will set you up for an appointment.
