So, if you feel like you’re getting overwhelmed with your emotions or you’re getting pushed to the edge, you should consult with a specialist ASAP. Worry not, because several organizations are ready to help you for free.

This NCMH Crisis Hotline is a 24/7 mental health crisis phone services for mental health. If you can’t leave the house but you feel like you're in need of a mental health crisis intervention and counselling services, then you can dial their number.
