'Ghost Fighter' Voice Actors Reunite To Look Back On The Anime's Success
Netflix's recent acquisition of Yu Yu Hakusho proves that the Ghost Fighter hype is still very much alive to this day.
To celebrate the hit anime's return, voice actors Bonner Dytoc (who voiced Yusuke/Eugene in the Tagalized version on GMA) and Montreal Repuyan (Hiei/Vincent) reunited after almost 20 years to look back on the anime's legacy and its impact on Pinoy pop culture.
The mini virtual reunion saw Bonner and Monty recall their experiences of dubbing the anime during a time where they had to deal with technical limitations. Neil Yu (Kuwabara/Alfred) and Jeremy Emmanuel Joya (Kurama/Dennis) weren't able to participate but that didn't stop certified 90s kids from geeking out. Check out the full stream here:
All seasons of Yu Yu Hakusho: Ghost Files are available for streaming on Netflix.
