TikTok Royalty DIXIE D'AMELIO Drops Video For Debut Single "Be Happy"
TikTok royalty Dixie D'Amelio has taken her talents to the music scene.
Dixie—big sister to Charli D'Amelio, the most followed user on the video-sharing platform—released her debut single "Be Happy," last June 26. And today, she dropped its accompanying visual.
The clip features the 18-year-old singing the lyrics to the song while she lounges around a huge, empty house. Her pet dog also makes a special appearance in the video.
"I felt connected to this song immediately," Dixie told People about the single. "I wanted to share the honesty of this message with others, especially those around my age. I remain so grateful for the people that surround me and the opportunities I've been given, but some days, as we all know, it's not easy to be happy."
Dixie hopes that the song will remind listeners that it's okay to have a bad day. "We all have them and you are not alone," she said.
