Coachella 2020 Officially Cancelled; What Does It Mean For BIGBANG's Comeback?
Karen Jane Ng
What was supposed to be Bigbang's stage comeback has just been cancelled. Yep, Coachella - which was rescheduled to October due to the COVID-19 pandemic - will not push through this year.
The music festival's promoter Anschutz Entertainment Group (AEG) is instead looking at a limited-capacity version for April 2021. "It is an agonizing decision, but sadly, a necessary one," said CEO Dan Beckerman. "The world is slowly re-opening, and our industry will re-open later and more slowly than most."
Last January, it was announced that legendary K-Pop act Bigbang will perform at Coachella. But it seems our expectation to see them perform together again for the first time in two years - as a four member group, though - won't be met. Good thing, VIPs are good at waiting.
So, Coachella is officially canceled? Knew it was coming, unfortunately
And so the wait continues 😂

Coachella is canceled until 2021 so that means more time for BIGBANG to make their comeback and TOP to release his album this year...
