Red Velvet's IRENE & SEULGI Reassure Fans After Postponement Of Debut As A Duo

Red Velvet's Irene and Seulgi's debut as a duo has just been postponed to July.

According to SM Entertainment, they need some more time for their mini album Monster which was originally scheduled to drop on June 15.

Following the announcement, Seulgi quickly reassured fans through their official fan community in the Lysn app. "You must’ve heard it but the album is postponed for a bit,” she wrote. “You must have waited a lot ใ…œใ…  our Luviesss.

"“It’s too bad that the album is postponed but don’t be sad. If Luvies are sad, we are more sad ใ… ."

Irene also went on the app to tell fans to wait a bit more. "It’s so that you can get better quality!" she explained the delay. In short, just trust our kweens.
