ROBERT DOWNEY JR. Jumps From Marvel To DC In Upcoming Project
Robert Downey Jr. has been the centerpiece of the Marvel Cinematic Universe since 2008 but now that he's relieved of his Iron Man duties, the actor-producer is now set to take on a new project over at DC Comics.
RDJ recently announced on his social media handles that he and his wife Susan will helm the upcoming Netflix show Sweet Tooth. The project is based on the DC Comics series created by Jeff Lemire which ran from 2009 to 2013. It follows the story of a 9-year-old boy named Gus, a new breed of human/animal hybrid living in a post-apocalyptic world.
Other details about the series are still being kept under wraps.
