INIGO PASCUAL's Performance During ‘Asia Rising Forever’ Demands Your Undivided Attention
Inigo Pascual delivered a convincing debut performance with 88rising during the ASIA RISING FOREVER online festival.
While releasing international singles "Options," "Catching Feelings," or "Should Be Me" under Tarsier Records, the 22-year-old chose to do covers of Post Malone's "Better Now" and the Fugees classic "Killing Me Softly."
"My goal as an artist is honestly to just be able to bring OPM—which is original Filipino music—to the world stage," he said during his set. "I feel like now is the time. With a lot of Asian artists, a lot of Asian groups crossing over, I feel like we have the perfect platform to be able to do that. [88rising] doing this for a bunch of Asian artists and kind of bridging the gap between all the other countries, I feel like it's a perfect way to connect people through music."
