Two Years Later, CNCO Still Remembers Their First Visit To Manila!
CNCO has been to different parts of the world since their last visit to Manila in 2018, and yet the Latin-American boy band still remembers their fun moments during their first trip to the country.
From their respective homes in Miami and Los Angeles, the boys shared their fond memories of the Philippines in a MYXclusive interview via video call with VJ Ai dela Cruz.
Aside from the warm welcome from the Filipino CNCOwners at the airport, the group, composed of Joel Pimentel, Richard Camacho, Erick Brian Colón, Christopher Vélez, and Zabdiel De Jesús, mentioned how much they enjoyed our local food—especially the ones they got to taste during one challenge in the MYX studio.
"You guys brought us food and we were trying it out, right? I remember that especially 'cause you guys said that Khalid went and he said he liked the food from that one fast-food restaurant," Joel surprisingly recalled in detail.
Zabdiel also shared his appreciation for that special 1-hour-and-40-minute MYXclusive interview back in 2018, describing it as "one of the most amazing interviews ever." Awww!
As for their upcoming third album, CNCO recently rolled out the lead single titled "Honey Boo," which was written by all five members and features reggaeton artist Natti Natasha. The group also narrated how fast the collaboration happened and how fun it was to shoot the music video in Puerto Rico.
