Train to Busan Presents: Peninsula stars Gang Dong-won, Lee Jung-hyun and Kwon Hae-hyo. The thrilling Korean zombie flick will pick up four years after the events of original film. It follows the story of Jung-seok (played by Dong-won), a former soldier who managed to escape the first outbreak but is then assigned to a covert operation to return to the Korean Peninsula and retrieve survivors. Debuting at the Cannes Film Festival in 2016, the original Train to Busan film topbilled by Gong Yoo was a critical and financial smash hit, earning 93 million dollars worldwide. The official playdate for Peninsula has yet to be announced.
