ESPN has confirmed that they'll be bumping up the release of The Last Dance, the documentary that chronicles the untold story of living legend Michael Jordan and the Chicago Bulls' dynasty and 1997-98 championship run. Originally slated to come out in June, the 10-part event will instead be arriving on April 19.

The project also features interviews with the late Kobe Bryant, former US President Barack Obama, hardcourt icons Isaiah Tomas and Magic Johnson, NBA coaches Pat Riley and Steve Kerr among others. Watch the exclusive trailer and footage previously released on December 2019 below:

ESPN earlier dismissed the idea of an early release since the production of the film has reportedly not yet been completed, but after fans continuous clamor, it looks like the sports channel eventually gave in.
