RITA ORA Gets Drenched In Gold In "How To Be Lonely" Music Video
Rita Ora shows us "How To Be Lonely" in her latest music video!
The video, which explores the emotional phases of dealing with a breakup, was directed by award-winning director Dave Meyers and it is packed with so much happenings and we can't even! She walked on literal eggshells, danced with a skeleton, let a giant bear hold her, and even drenched herself in a bathtub full of gold.
THANKS for all the amazing responses to #HowToBeLonely!! Add your questions in the comments of the video on @youtubemusic and at 5pm GMT I will be responding to them all!!! So happy this is finally out with one of my favourite directors Dave Meyers!! ❤️🥰 https://t.co/zgNoPdTKGW pic.twitter.com/9B4BgISjZ3

In a statement, the music video director shared, "This video explores abstractly the emotions one feels when going through a breakup. It’s anger, longing, comfort, retreat, falling, and of course loneliness. Ultimately suggesting that this is a necessary healing process that leads to the reawakening of one’s true self.”
And just in time for the ongoing lockdown, the visual also suggests that we are all trying to figure out how to find strength on our own.
"How To Be Lonely" is also co-written by Lewis Capaldi and it's her first solo single since the release of her album, Phoenix last year.
