Considering how the very mention of The Weeknd's latest album After Hours reminds us of lonely times, it should surprise exactly no one that our heartsick selves squealed with excitement upon learning that the Canadian hitmaker dropped another visual off the album.

The Anton Tammi-directed music video for "In Your Eyes" finds a knife-wielding Abel Tesfaye stalking a young woman through empty streets and inside a nightclub. More than halfway through the six-minute clip, he finally has her cornered, but in an unexpected turn of events, she swings an axe at him and chops his head off. See it below:

Aside from the video, the dark, brooding artist also released the deluxe version of the full-length project. It features remixes from Vapor Wave, Oneohtrix Point Never, Chromatics, and The Blaze as well as the live version of "Scared To Live" that he previously performed on Saturday Night Live.
