As fans may recall, the feud between the two artists reignited when Taylor cried foul over the said song from Kanye's 2016 album The Life of Pablo which contains the line "I feel like me and Taylor might still have sex. Why? I made that bitch famous!"
Back then, Kanye claimed that the singer knew about the controversial lyrics in advance and his wife Kim Kardashian even shared snippets of their phone conversation.
"Where is the video of Kanye telling me he was going to call me 'that bitch' in his song? It doesn't exist because it never happened," Taylor defended herself on Instagram.
Four years after the controversy, Swifties feel that their idol is vindicated by the leaked video. Check out the thread started by Twitter user @redligion:
She's clearly uncomfortable af with him saying she owes him sex and tells him she will think about it and let him know if she's okay with it. And ALSO tells him that she wouldn't like if he'd called her a bitch.— 𝓛𝑜𝓋𝑒, 𝒜𝓃𝓊 (@redligion) March 21, 2020
And he never once mentions "i made that bitch famous" line to her pic.twitter.com/18QF3Mm4YG
