COLDPLAY's Chris Martin Livestreams Free Concert From Home
Several artists were forced to postpone or cancel their tours amid the global coronavirus outbreak and the world came to a standstill as most of humanity is stuck at home to self-quarantine. But with the technology today, Coldplay frontman Chris Martin found a way to bring the music to fans.
On March 17 (Manila time), the musician announced that he would be doing a livestream on the band's Instagram in a while. Half an hour later, Chris showed up on the screen to chat with fans and perform the band's songs such as "A Sky Full of Stars", "Yellow", "Trouble", and a cover of David Bowie's "Life On Mars." Watch it below.
John Legend confirmed that he will be the next to do a digital concert tomorrow at 1PM Pacific time. "See you soon. We'll try to get through this together!" he said in a tweet.
