LADY GAGA Says Self-Quarantine Is The Kindest Thing We Can Do
With the rising panic over the coronavirus pandemic, Lady Gaga has chosen to isolate herself from the public.
The pop diva shared to her almost 40 million Instagram followers what she has learned from healthcare professionals regarding the deadly COVID-19. "It’s not the easiest for everyone right now but the kindest/healthiest thing we can do is self-quarantine and not hang out with people over 65 and in large groups," she wrote.
She added, "I wish I could see my parents and grandmas right now but it’s much safer to not so I don’t get them sick in case I have it." But instead, the singer has decided to quarantine herself with her dogs.
Gaga ended her message with a reassuring tone: "I love you world, we’ll all get through this. Trust me, I talked to God —she said we’re gonna be ok."
In the Philippines, the National Capital Region has been placed on community quarantine starting today, March 15 until April 14. It means that classes are suspended, mass gatherings are banned, and travel in and out of the metro are probihited.
