Fil-Am NBA player Jordan Clarkson took to social media today to assure his fans that he tested negative for the coronavirus disease or COVID-19. This comes after his Utah Jazz teammates Rudy Gobert and Donovan Mitchell were confirmed to have contracted the deadly virus the day before.

"Thank you for all the love and prayers sent my way!" he said in a tweet. "I have been tested and i am good, wild 24 hrs glad i am healthy! Keeping my teammates @spidadmitchell & @rudygobert27 in my heart as they get better going through this process!"

Clarkson played for the Philippines' official men's basketball team Gilas Pilipinas in the 2018 edition of the Asian Games. He suited up for the Los Angeles Lakers and the Cleveland Cavaliers before being traded to the Utah Jazz in December 2019.
