The band was formed in the mid 90s but it wasn't until 2005 that they truly broke out in the local music scene, all thanks to the now iconic OPM rock anthem "Akin Ka Na Lang".

The It's Showtime host recalled: "Tumutugtog kami dati sa Mayric’s na dalawa o tatlong tao lang ang nanonood. Minsan, umaalis pa habang sa set namin."

He even shared that they were already sharing the stage with other acts who would all achieve great success during the mid 2000s band explosion. "Kasabayan namin noon ang Sandwich, Sugarfree, Imago and Orange & Lemons, pero nauna silang sumikat. Siyempre tuwang-tuwa naman kami for our friends, pero siyempre meron ding halong inggit. Tipong, “kelan kaya tayo magkaka-break?"

Fast forward to today, the "Beer" and "Gusto Ko Lamang Sa Buhay" singer had a piece of advice for struggling musicians. "Ngayon, feeling ko, kami na ang pinakamatagal na banda na original members pa rin. Nakakatuwa lang mag reminisce. Ang payo ko sa young musicians and bands, just keep on playing, keep on writing original songs, keep on dreaming! Your break will come! Kapit lang." Check out the inspiring post here:
