Billie Eilish made her Oscars debut in one of the most emotional ways possible.

The 18-year-old Grammy award-winning singer was joined by her brother Finneas for a mesmerizing performance of The Beatles' "Yesterday" during the award show's In Memoriam segment.

As Billie sang and Finneas played the piano, a tribute video was shown honoring notable names that the entertainment world lost this year, including the late basketball legend Kobe Bryant and actor/director Kirk Douglas, who were both Oscar winners.

Hours before she took the Oscars stage, Billie shared that she's honored to sing on this special segment. "Honored to be performing during the in memoriam segment for the Oscars tonight, covering a song I've always loved. Watch with us," she wrote on her Instagram story.

Oscars 2014 host Ellen Degeneres described her performance as "heartbreakingly beautiful" and yup, we just have to agree.
