Kobe Bryant's Oscar-winning short film Dear Basketball has been released online for free following the NBA legend's tragic demise.

Released in 2017, Dear Basketball was inspired by a 2015 poem Kobe wrote for The Players' Tribune and serves as the hardcourt icon's love letter to the sport. The late Lakers player also narrated the film which was produced by his own company Granity Studios. It went on to win Best Animated Short Film at the 90th Academy Awards.
