Canadian Post-Hardcore Band SILVERSTEIN Pledges Support For Taal Eruption Victims
Canadian post-hardcore band Silverstein, who recently came to the country for their 20th anniversary tour, is joining the cause to help support victims of the recent Taal eruption.
The "Smashed Into Pieces" rockers are selling their official band tees and all of the proceeds will aid affected communities via the donation drive and relief operations of The Ripple Society—a youth-oriented non-profit organization.
What's up, Silverstein fans! Our donation drive is still ongoing and we are grateful that Silverstein has pledged to give proceeds of their sales to the affected communities of the Taal Volcano eruption. Now, we are knocking on the doors of your hearts to become part of our relief efforts by buying these official Silverstein shirts! For orders/inquiries, you may send an email to [email protected] or call 8722-9622. Thank you and may we all continue to pray for our fellow Filipinos who are affected by this recent event. 🙏 #TheRippleSociety #TRSBeInvolved #TRSSilversteinForTaal
Silverstein joins other international acts like Lee Sung Kyung and Super Junior's Siwon who previously sent their thoughts and prayers to the Philippines.
To those who also want to send their donations, you can do so via ABS-CBN's Sagip Kapamilya program. Check out the details here:
