LEE SUNG KYUNG Sends Message To Filipino Fans Following Taal Unrest
Weightlifting Fairy Kim Bok-joo star Lee Sung Kyung has expressed concern over the Taal Volcano eruption which has displaced thousands.
In a video shared by Cherish Maningat—a Filipina musical actress based in South Korea—on YouTube, the 29-year-old supermodel can be heard saying, "Fighting! I pray for you. I love you. I'm very, very worried [because of the volcanic eruption.]" See the full video below.
In July 2019, Sung Kyung had her first-ever encounter with Filipino fans through a fan meet.
As of writing, the Philippine Institute of Volcanology and Seismology (PHIVOLCS) maintains that Taal Volcano stays on Alert Level 4, which means hazardous eruption is possible within hours to days.
