Eleven years after the blockbuster film Avatar arrived in theaters, its award-winning director James Cameron finally unveiled the concept art for the upcoming 2021 sequel during a presentation at a conference in Las Vegas.

Moreover, the official Twitter account of Avatar promised fans they "won’t just return to Pandora" but will also get to "explore new parts of the world" alongside the four first-look photos.

NME pointed out that the famed director is currently developing four sequels to the box office hit. The first is scheduled to hit theaters in December 17, 2021 while the next three will be released in 2023, 2025, and 2027.
