NICO BOLZICO Schools Netizens On Proper Pronunciation Of Daughter's Name THYLANE KATANA
Celebrity couple Solenn Heussaff and Nico Bolzico welcomed their first baby, Thylane Katana, on January 1st. But apart from the slew of congratulatory messages from family, friends, and fans, a lot of people also expressed confusion about how the pair's newborn daughter's name is pronounced.
Six days later, the new father took to Instagram to put the "debate" to rest. In typical Bolz fashion, of course. In a short video, Nico first taught his millions of followers how to properly pronounce a few of their famous friends' names which he said was "usually misprounounced" as well. His list included Georgina Wilson, Matteo Guidicelli, and Wil Dasovich.
The last name on his list was his daughter's, which he said should be pronounced as "Ti-la-ne Katana." A giggling Solenn, who was watching her husband from the sidelines, enters the screen and hits him in the head for saying it wrong. And based on her pronunciation, the name is read with a silent "e": Ti-lan. Watch the whole thing below.
Earlier that day, he also shared the first photo of Thylane on the app. "We thought we knew what unconditional love was until you came to our lives!" he wrote in the caption.
