ZAC EFRON Thanks Concerned Fans After Reportedly Contracting "Deadly Illness" In Papua New Guinea
Zac Efron thanked everyone for their love and concern after the news broke that he contracted a "deadly illness" in Papua New Guinea.
According to The Sunday Telegraph, Zac was infected with a "form of typhoid or similar bacterial infection" and his condition was described as a "life or death medical emergency". It all happened while he was filming his upcoming adventure show Killing Zac Efron which will see him trek through jungles.
"I did get sick in Papua New Guinea but I bounced back quick," the 32-year old heartthrob clarified on Twitter.
"I'm home for the holidays with my friends and family. Thanks for all the love and concern, see you in 2020," he assured fans. Check out his message below:
