NIRVANA's "Smells Like Teen Spirit" Video Hits 1 Billion YouTube Views

Last week, we reported that Nirvana's "Smells Like Teen Spirit" music video is set to enter YouTube's elite 1 Billion Club and now, a day after Christmas, we finally got our wish!

The music video released in 1991 was uploaded on the video streaming site 10 years ago and, last time we checked, it had over 993 million views. 7 million views was apparently an easy peasy task for Nirvana fans as the hit grunge anthem's rowdy visual has officially reached 1 billion views!

Frontman Kurt Cobain, who would often claim in past interviews that he hated the song, must be smiling down from "nirvana." Now, tell us honestly, how many times have you seen the video? Celebrate the MV's milestone by watching it again here:
