The entire course of the Fast & Furious film franchise changed forever after lead star Paul Walker's death in a horrific car crash back in 2013.
His brothers Cody and Caleb Walker filmed the late actor's remaining scenes in 2015's Furious 7 and with a little touch of CGI magic, they somehow managed to pull it off.
Now, six years after Walker's untimely death, his iconic character Brian O'Conner is rumored to be appearing in the upcoming ninth installment of the film series in a cameo role.
According to LadBible, a source close to the film claims that Fast 9's casting crew is currently on the lookout for a Paul Walker body double.
Daniel Richtman, who identifies himself as a writer for CNBC, first broke out the news on Twitter. He's also believed to be the "source". Hmmm. We're not sure how to feel about it either but we'll see.
It's been long enough. They are bringing back Paul Walker's character, Brian, to FF9. https://t.co/320dprmC1S
