BEN AFFLECK & GAL GADOT Join 'Justice League' Snyder Cut Crusade
2017's Justice League showed a lot of promise but it ended up being a commercial and critical disappointment.
The star-studded superhero teamup film left a bad taste in some fan's mouths, with a lot of people expressing their displeasure with the sudden change of pace in the film's storytelling and overall feel.
In fact, there's been an ongoing #ReleaseTheSnyderCut movement from those who believe that original director Zack Snyder's version is far superior to the Joss Whedon cut we ended up getting. If you may recall, the Avengers director stepped in after Snyder exited the project to tend to a personal problem.
Justice League's original director has been releasing stills from the alleged "Snyder Cut" and it's getting fans into a frenzy. And now, he's pushing for the release of his version of the film.
Even the film's lead stars have joined the brigade for the release of the elusive Snyder Cut. Former Batman Ben Affleck, Wonder Woman actress Gal Gadot and Ray Fisher who plays Cyborg have all shown their support.
Last week, Aquaman star Jason Momoa also appealed for the cut to be released.
The real question is, will we ever see the #SnyderCut?
