UDD's ARMI, QUEST, TOP SUZARA, & KATRINA VELARDE Unite For ZION AQUINO's Third Cancer Battle
Despite his ongoing third battle against cancer, nothing can take Zion Aquino away from doing what he loves—singing. He dedicates his latest single under Star Music titled “Kailangan Kita” to all the hearts that felt abandoned.
“What good is finally reaching your dreams and being on top of the world, if you’ve lost the very reason you made them in the first place?” he explained.
“It is the anthem for abandoned hearts who struggle with being lonely at the top,” Zion added.

The release of "Kailangan Kita" coincides with his third time fighting cancer. To help finance his seemingly endless chemotherapy sessions, a fundraiser gig called We're On For Zion is set to happen on October 22 at Historia Bar, featuring Zion himself and some of his fellow-musician friends.
"Friends are helping me out with the fund raiser for me," he wrote in a Facebook post where he revealed his special guests in the said gig: Armi Millare of UDD, Quest, Top Suzara, and Katrina Velarde.
“The reason why I went back to music is so I may be a voice of hope after battling cancer the first time around. Beat it. Beat it twice. And now it’s back. And I am fighting it again the 3rd time around,” the brave singer said.
“I have always been open with this journey maybe to inspire, educate, or whatever good it may bring... Tulungan niyo po ako at samahan sa aking paglalakbay,” he posted.
Zion is knocking on the generous hearts of music fans out there, so if you're interested to attend this fundraiser gig, check out this official annoucement poster below!
