Marvel Planning To Bring NATASHA ROMANOFF Back To Life In The MCU?
Although she's starring in a spin-off movie which will show her origin story, the death of Scarlett Johansson's character Natasha Romanoff aka Black Widow in Avengers: Endgame is still a tough pill to swallow for majority of the MCU's fanbase.
She may not have gotten her own proper send-off like Tony Stark but there's apparently a deeper reason for that. A report from We Got This Covered claims that Marvel is planning to bring her back to life in a future film. How exactly it will happen is reportedly still being discussed as they don't want to cheapen Natasha's heroic and sacrificial death in Endgame.
The source also claims that her return won't happen until Phase 5 or 6 so there's definitely plenty of time to come up with a compelling story and explain her potential comeback to the franchise. We've seen the craziest of things go down in the MCU and we won't be surprised anymore if they successfully pull of Nat's resurrection.
Meanwhile, Scarlett is set to reprise her now iconic role in Black Widow, a film which will follow Natasha's early days as a trained assassin before she becomes a SHIELD agent. The film will hit theaters in May 2020.
