According to TMZ, a man named Samuel Nicholas III, or Sam Skully, is accusing the two artists of sampling his song “Roll Call” on “In My Feelings” without permission or payment. Likewise, he claimed that Drake stole his beats for "Nice For What". The latter has yet to respond to these allegations.

Last year, “In My Feelings” became a monster hit and even gave birth to a viral dance challenge. Its official music video just turned one this August.
