WATCH: 'The Voice Kids' Alums Who Have Made Us All Proud
The Voice Kids has proven to be an effective launchpad for some of today's biggest OPM hitmakers and hottest teen idols. Even newly crowned Idol Philippines winner Zephanie Dimaranan is among the products of the singing competition. Just 12 years old back then, the Team Sarah member was eliminated right before the Season 2 finals. As Season 4 kicks off this weekend, here are MYXclusive performances from some of the most notable alums of The Voice Kids who have made their coaches proud:
JUAN KARLOS LABAJO
The Season 1 third placer now fronts the band Juan Karlos. Their chart-topping hit "Buwan" won Song of the Year in the MYX Music Awards 2019.
The Season 1 runner-up was named Male Artist of the Year in the MMAs 2019. He was recently tapped by Disney for a remake of "A Whole New World" with Morissette.
The first-ever grand champion is successfully balancing her studies and showbiz career. The MCA Music artist received various medals during her Moving Up Day last April.
The Season 2 winner went on to appear in the American and French editions of Little Big Shots. She's nominated for Best Pop Recording in the 2019 Awit Awards.
Kyle may have failed to reach the Season 2 finals but he's now one of the most visible TVK alums. The StarPop artist is part of Kadenang Ginto's popular Gold Squad.
The Season 2 finalist released her debut album Sassy Sassa under Polyeast Records in 2017. She's also nominated in the 2019 Awit Awards for Best R&B Recording.
