Swifties Urge Other Fans To Boycott Future TAYLOR SWIFT Releases From Big Machine Records
In the midst of the heated controversy surrounding Taylor Swift and music mogul Scooter Braun, the pop sensation's former record label Big Machine Records is set to release five songs from her self-titled debut album on limited edition vinyl.
The release will coincide with the album's 13th anniversary this October and will feature Tay's breakout hit "Teardrops on my Guitar" as well as a 2007 acoustic version of the track on its B-side.
Loyal Swifties of course know what's up and they are protesting on Twitter against the upcoming release, urging other fans to boycott future releases from Big Machine. Apparently, they'll only purchase Taylor's upcoming seventh studio album Lover.
🎶WE are never ever ever 🎶going to buy a single thing from you EVER again. And to think 🎶 I use to say, never say never!🎶 @UMG will be getting all of my dollars 💵 #Lover by @taylorswift13 is out August 23. Taylor Swift Productions, Inc. is under Republic Records, with which Big Machine Label Group only has a distribution agreement. Buying this puts money in Scooter and Borschetta’s hands. Buying Lover puts money in Taylor’s hands. So ... for a healthier option, buy Lover. ✌🏼— ⚖️ MJ ⚖️ 💗Stream ME! and YNTCD💗 (@MLJohnsonEsq) July 11, 2019
Don’t buy it!— Deana ~ (@DeanaRagsdale) July 11, 2019
The audacity to keep using Taylor's name for relevancy. "You Need To Calm Down" and leave Taylor and her career in the past. Cause your her past and Republic is her future. THANKYOUNEXT— Step Into The Daylight And Let It Go 🦋 (@Swiftieslegacy) July 11, 2019

I would want a vinyl of a Taylor Swift song but if it's coming from @BigMachine , no thanks! Preorder Lover guys! @taylorswift13 would definitely be happy if we pour our all out support on this amazing upcoming album. 💜#TaylorSwift #PrimeDay #PrimeDayConcert #Lover #TeenChoice pic.twitter.com/7I0EmCSalV— Learns de la Llave (@learnsieeee) July 11, 2019
The issue began after the "You Need To Calm Down" singer learned that her former boss Scott Borchetta sold the entirety of her past work worth 300 million dollars to Justin Bieber and Demi Lovato's manager who she claims has been "hell bent on ruining" her career for years.
Meanwhile, Lover will be out in August. Check out her songs ahead of its release below. Don't forget to vote for them on MYX as well.
