1 show. 4 lads. 300 lucky fans. We still don't want to wake up from our dreamy moment with 5 Seconds of Summer at the New Frontier Theater!
For the third time (and hopefully not the last), Ashton, Calum, Luke and Michael returned to the Philippines for the exclusive event 5SOS Just Woke Up In Manila and performed "Want You Back", "Who Do You Love", "Jet Black Heart", "Youngblood" and "Easier"!
Fans also had the chance to ask the band some questions like who they want to collaborate with next. "I don't know. Maybe a Filipino artist," Luke teased, but added they can't pick which one because they don't know any. "We need some guidance," he said.
Ashton mentioned "Miley Cyrus" and we're curious to hear what that would sound like!
Speaking of collaborations, 5SOS' latest single "Easier" was co-written by Charlie Puth while the lads recently worked with The Chainsmokers in "Who Do You Love". "I think it's a wise decision for us to challenge ourselves for sure. Everybody that listened to that song mainly hadn't really heard of us or listened to us before and that was something we're looking for," said Ashton in our MYXclusive interview.
"It's been really awesome to collaborate," he continued. "That's the main reason we moved from Australia to America: to collaborate with people."
Salamat, 5SOS! Full concert next? In the meantime, check out our MYXclusive photos from the "Just Woke Up In Manila" show HERE!
