One Of KEIKO NECESARIO's Song Covers Was Played On A British TV Series!
If you still haven't before, it's time to make room for Keiko Necesario on your favorite playlist. The electronic folk singer-songwriter's cover of Joni Mitchell’s "Both Sides Now" was featured on the eighth episode of the third season of British drama series Ackley Bridge.
In a story published by ABS-CBN News on July 4 (Thursday), Alex Lamb—the producer behind Ackley Bridge—said Keiko's voice was both "haunting and captivating" which pushes the emotion of the scene. Moreover, it also "appeals to a broad swathe of our audience, older adults who know the original and a younger audience who will appreciate the arrangement."
Keiko broke the news on June 17 via Twitter, admitting how she's been keeping the good news for a while. She went on to tell her fans that the Canadian singer also got to hear her version of the song!
