Is LADY GAGA MCU-Bound In 'Guardians Of The Galaxy Vol. 3'?
The third installment in the successful Guardians of the Galaxy film franchise promises to be an even bigger riot now that director James Gunn is back on board.
Aside from Star-Lord and Gamora's interesting yet complicated love angle and the possible addition of Thor to the film, 'GOTG Vol. 3' reportedly will also put its focus on Rocket Raccoon (voiced by Bradley Cooper) and the debut of his love interest Lylla, a sentient otter.
Who's going to voice Lylla, you ask? Reports claim it will be none other than Bradley's A Star is Born co-star Lady Gaga! Speculations began last week after a source told HollywoodLife some 'insider' info about Gaga's involvement in the film.
I didn’t get to say everything I wanted to say last night when we won, I was so overcome with emotion and of course wanted to share the mic with my co-writers. We are all so grateful Bradley loved “Shallow,” sang his heart out live, and truly the song would not be revered as it is without the brilliant film and moment Bradley created and the way he directed the moment and collaborated with us on how it would eventually be given to the world. Thank you B, and thank you Warner Bros. Thank you HFPA, we are beyond grateful. 📸 @gettyentertainment
Not to be shallow, but we hope the rumors are true! We would love to see Bradley and Gaga together again onscreen - even in animal form. Guardians of the Galaxy Vol. 3 is slated for a 2021 release.
