MAYONNAISE Serves Up Their Greatest Hits On 'Akalain Mo 'Yun?' Concert
Mayonnaise mounted their first ever major concert at the Music Museum and it was a grand sold out affair. The band, along with the Manila String Machine, showcased their rocking repertoire for the past 17 years in the music scene.
It was an elegant mix of classic hits as well as new material and every single MayoNation member present loved every minute of it. The band was joined by special guests like Kai Honasan and Josh Villena of Autotelic for "Paraan" and I Belong To The Zoo for "Bakit Part 1". IBTTZ's Argee Guerrero shared that Mayonnaise taught him to rock out and be emotional at the same time.
Agsunta also jammed with Mayo for a mashup of "Here In My Heart" and "Sana Kung". Of course, Akalain Mo Yun wouldn't be complete without Sharlene San Pedro who looked gorgeous as she sang "Silid" and "Stars And Caramel Bars" with the band.
For their encore, Mayonnaise performed Nirvana's "All Apologies" and their biggest hits "Bakit Part 2" and "Jopay". The band thanked their loyal supporters who went along their journey through ups and downs. And who knows? There might be a second Akalain Mo Yun concert from the band soon!
