COREY TAYLOR Of SLIPKNOT Just Had Surgery On Both Knees!
Corey Taylor, the frontman of iconic metal band Slipknot, shared a photo of himself in a hospital bed preparing to undergo double knee surgery.
He captioned the photo “Surgery in both knees today — soon I’ll be worth Six Million Dollars!! See you all soon! #bionic #leemajors”, referencing the 70s TV show The Six Million Dollar Man.
His fellow rockers sent their well wishes including Nergal from Behemoth (“Good luck brother!!”), Zach Meyers from Shinedown (“Both? ... yikes buzz .... I’ll send soup”), Richard Shaw from Cradle of Filth (“Best wishes. Here's to a speedy recovery”), Kid Bookie (“6 million dollars and 2 million for the fresh knees!! Rest up brother”), Ash Costello from New Years Day (“Aw dude! Good luck!”), and Suicidal Tendencies (“Feel better soon!”).
Hours later, Corey once again took to social media to give everyone an update about the successful surgery. The band is set to make an appearance on Jimmy Kimmel Live! on May 17.
