Here's Our Explosive First Look At The Live-Action 'Dora The Explorer' Film
Fans of the iconic kids' show Dora The Explorer were a bit skeptical about the live action version of the Nickelodeon series and for good reason. Now, Paramount Pictures will try to change everyone's minds with our first look at the upcoming action-adventure flick.
There were several changes made to the film, like Dora being depicted as a teenager who just entered high school and the overall playful tone of the original series. But at least they remained faithful to how Dora looked in the show, right?
In the film, Dora will embark on her biggest adventure yet as she's out to save her parents and find the Lost City of Gold with the help of her cousin Diego (who, by the way, looks far different from how he did in the cartoon) and of course, her ever trusty sidekick Boots the monkey.
The trailer left us with a lot of unanswered questions like where are the iconic talking backpack and map? And Swiper the Fox, too? Guess we all just have to see the film to find out! Check out the trailer below:
