Linkin Park singer Chester Bennington's shocking death in July 2017 is still a hard pill to swallow to this day but the remaining members of the band, headed by Mike Shinoda have been keen on not only keeping his legacy alive but also spreading awareness and support for people who are sharing the same mental battles Chester went through via their suicide prevention site and the #makechesterproud campaign.
LP's official Instagram handle posted a special photo mosaic of the Nu metal icon on what would have been his 43rd birthday – featuring images of fans from all around the globe who have joined the #makechesterproud movement.
Fans shared their ways to make Chester proud in honor of the late singer.
Your absence still hurts, I think I'll never stop missing you, but today I remember you with joy and although you are no longer here you'll always be a legend, you'll always be the best 💖— 💖 (@CindyV215) March 20, 2019
