MARVIN AGUSTIN Posts Touching Birthday Tribute To RICO YAN
Rico Yan was of the hottest matinee idols of his generation alongside on screen leading lady and real life girlfriend Claudine Barretto.
The Rico-Claudine tandem pretty much dominated the game during the late '90s to the early 2000s with projects such as Dahil Mahal Na Mahal Kita and Got 2 Believe, not to mention their phenomenal serye Mula Sa Puso which was also turned into a movie.
Rico's untimely death in 2002 left a huge void in the local entertainment scene but his life and career is still being celebrated by fans and his contemporaries all over. One of his best buds Marvin Agustin remembered Rico on what would have been his 44th birthday through a touching tribute on Instagram.
Marvin wrote, "Happiest birthday my brother... hinding hindi ko makakalimutan ang mga saya at kalokohan natin. Lalo na ang friendship at kabutihan mo."
The Labs Kita, Okey Ka Lang? actor continued by adding, "Im sure mas nageenjoy ka dyan sa langit! Love you bro!"

Dominic Ochoa, the other member of the Whattamen trio, also took the time to pay tribute to the late actor despite his busy campaign schedule.
Their last project together before Rico died was the 2001 Kapamilya sitcom Whattamen, aside from being mainstay hosts of the noontime show Magandang Tanghali Bayan.
