LINDSAY LOHAN Wants A ‘Mean Girls’ Sequel
We've all asked for a sequel to Mean Girls at one point in our lives, but not more than Lindsay Lohan has. The 32-year-old actress has insisted countless times how badly she wants a follow-up to the iconic 2004 teen comedy film. Her latest interview with Variety was no exception.
"I would love to do a Mean Girls sequel," she declared. Again. "Who wouldn't? We just need the whole cast back."
She added, "I’ve said it so many times, and so many people have asked me, and I think we’d have so much fun doing it. Tina [Fey] and Lorne [Michaels] are so amazing, and to bring everyone back together would be great. Last time I was in New York, I went up to Lorne, and I was like, 'Please!' It’s in their hands."
In fact, Lindsay has even asserted that if the entire original cast wouldn't be on board, then it wouldn't really be Mean Girls. Preach!
