‘Goyo: Ang Batang Heneral’ Is Coming To Netflix!
Your list of New Year's resolutions probably includes a vow to stop adding more movies and shows to your Netflix queue until you finish all of them—or at least get them under control. But we all know that that's just going to be wishful thinking, especially now that the digital streaming platform announced that Jerrold Tarog's Goyo: Ang Batang Heneral is set to premiere on Netflix on January 26.
The film, which follows the story of Gregorio del Pilar, the hero of Tirad Pass, will be titled Goyo: The Boy General for its international audience. It stars Paulo Avelino, Carlo Aquino, Empress Schuck, Arron Villaflor, Mon Confiado, Epy Quizon, and more.

Heneral Luna—the first in Tarog's planned trilogy on the country's heroes—has already been streaming on Netflix since November 1, alongside other local films such as Buy Bust, Beauty and the Bestie, Kita Kita, and more.
