Was LADY GAGA's "100 People In The Room" Quote Inspired By MADONNA?

Queen of Pop Madonna has had major beef with Lady Gaga in the past, even calling her music "reductive" in 2012 and suggesting that Gaga's song "Born This Way" was heavily influenced by her 1989 hit "Express Yourself".
While they buried the hatchet at the 2015 Met Gala, Gaga addressed the beef in her Netflix documentary Five Foot Two which premiered last year. “Telling me you think I’m a piece of sh*t through the media is the same as a guy passing me a note saying 'my buddy thinks you’re hot'.”
Hopefully, Madonna's recent social media post - which is seemingly calling out the A Star Is Born actress anew - won't reignite the feud.
It all started when fans noticed Gaga saying the same quote over and over again when she discussed her working relationship with director and co-star Bradley Cooper during the press tour for A Star Is Born: "There can be 100 people in a room and 99 of them don’t believe in you, but all it takes is one and it just changes your whole life…"

Last December 3, Madonna posted an old interview from the 80s where she said "If there are 100 people in a room and 99 say they liked it, I only remember the one person who didn't" - which is the opposite of Gaga's more optimistic sentiment.

Gaga, who won the Best Actress award from the National Board Review for A Star Is Born, has yet to respond to the issue.
